Data collected
Contact information, RV details, issue description, photos, service address, contact preferences, and consents provided in the form.
Use
Data is used to review a request, communicate with the customer, prepare service, confirm appointments, and transmit information to Wander operations tools.
Providers
Data may be processed or stored by Jobber, Vercel, and technical providers used to operate the site, receive requests, store photos, and support operations follow-up.

Submitting the form does not confirm an appointment. Wander must manually confirm availability, rates, fees, and next steps.
Rates and parts
Launch rate: 140 $/h for repairs in the Cantons de l'Est. Travel fee of 100 $ per appointment in the Cantons de l'Est. Regular non-promotional rate: 165 $/h. Parts, taxes, and actual time are confirmed before or during service. No deposit is required in the service request form. After review, Wander may request a secure payment method through Jobber Payments or Jobber Client Hub before confirming the appointment; no card is entered in this form.
Service limits
Some issues may require diagnosis, parts, or a different intervention after review.

Appointment and cancellation policy
Defines customer presence, rescheduling, cancellation, diagnostics, and manual confirmations.
Confirmation
An appointment is confirmed only after direct validation by Wander.
Presence and access
The customer must be present for the appointment unless there is a written agreement with Wander. The customer does not need to guarantee water, electricity, or keys, but must allow reasonable access to the RV for service.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If a confirmed appointment cannot take place because the customer is absent, 100 $ for travel and 1 h at 140 $/h may be billed. Rescheduling and cancellations are coordinated directly with Wander.

Priority area: Cantons de l'Est (Sherbrooke, Granby, Magog, Bromont, Ayer's Cliff, Cowansville, Coaticook, Frelighsburg). Wander does not regularly travel outside the Eastern Townships for now, but may review out-of-area requests.
